How does pricing work?
Pricing is per shop, sized by team. You pay one flat monthly rate based on how many team members you need. You are not charged per deal, per employee added, or per transaction.
What are the add-ons?
Add-ons are optional modules you stack on top of your base plan. Vendor Mode ($10/mo) adds card show management. SlabTrack ($10/mo) adds grading submission tracking. Vendor Mode is included free on OPERATION.
What happens if I need more team members?
Upgrade your plan at any time. You will only be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes, as long as your current team size fits within the lower plan's seat limit. You will receive a prorated credit on your next invoice.
