COUNTER runs $240a year. One bad buy — overpaying on a collection because the offer was head math at a busy counter — costs more than that. TopLoader’s job is making that deal not happen.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial. Your card is required to start but you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before then and you owe nothing.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is per shop, sized by team. You pay one flat monthly rate based on how many team members you need. You are not charged per deal, per employee added, or per transaction.
What do I get on each plan?
Every plan includes the full deal desk, inventory, and reports. COUNTER ($20/mo) covers 4 seats. SHOP ($40/mo) covers 10 seats and adds POS export templates, role permissions, and an audit trail. OPERATION ($70/mo) removes the seat limit. SlabTrack and Shows are in development and are not billed on any plan.
What happens if I need more team members?
Upgrade your plan at any time. You will only be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes, as long as your current team size fits within the lower plan's seat limit. You will receive a prorated credit on your next invoice.
What does "founding rate" mean?
Early shops receive a discounted rate applied automatically at checkout. This rate is locked in as long as your subscription stays active — you keep it even after public pricing increases.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. You will retain access through the end of your paid period. No cancellation fees.
